Interior and exterior offices are available in a variety of sizes; ranging from 90 square feet to over 400 square feet. With each Agreement, suite and individual office access is granted on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis. Our standard office set-up includes an executive desk and chair, credenza and two guest chairs. Additional office furniture options are available to suit your business needs.
Live telephone answering services with call screening are provided from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday. In addition, mail delivery, janitorial services, and facility maintenance are standard features included with each office set up. Should your business needs require a facsimile machine, high speed copier or assistance with your outgoing mail needs, Source has it at your fingertips.

Conference Rooms/Meeting Rooms
Need space to conduct a meeting for five people? 10 people? 15 people? Or somewhere in between? Source Office Suites offers spacious conference rooms, in a variety of sizes at all of our locations, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Rooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access and telephones with conferencing capabilities. Audio/visual equipment and catering services are also available upon request. When a meeting room is all you need, smaller rooms are also available.
Advanced scheduling is required and room charges are based on conference room size. In addition, clients have access to conference room facilities at any of our locations.

Training Rooms
Large meeting rooms and training facilities accommodating up to 25 people are available at Arlington, Reston and both D.C. locations. Our training rooms are furnished with modular furniture adaptable to your special needs. Conference room amenties are also available.

Technology
Source Office Suites’ offers state-of-the-art technology which includes high speed Internet access and digital voice and data telecommunications capabilities in each office set up. Handsets are equipped with multiple outgoing and incoming lines, hands-free speakerphone and conference call features with voicemail capabilites available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Additionally, clients have the ability to access their voicemail remotely as well as within the office environment. Our telephone answering services also offer call patching and paging capabilities – one more way that we can meet your every need.

Support Services
Each Source Office Suites facilitiy provides a complement of experienced staff members including full-time Receptionists, an Operations Manager and an Administrative Assistant. Our staff members are professional, courteous and customer service oriented. Administrative Assistants are able to provide you with clerical support services including, but not limited to: word processing, presentations, travel arrangements, mass mailings, appointment scheduling and filing.
In addition, our suites offer high volume copiers, facsimiles, modern kitchen facilities plus inviting and comfortable reception areas for you and your clients.
